and....We Are Back!!!

Hooray my computer has been repaired and all my photo editing software has been reinstalled. I felt so naked without it! I know technically I usually post Eleni updates on Friday but I was so excited to have my computer back that I could not wait! Eleni is wonderful, she loves to dance (swaying side to side, shaking her head, and bouncing up and down). She is a big talker and loves to scream for no reason. She HATES having her diaper changed! This has become a HUGE challenge for me I have about 10 go to toys with me that I try to distract her with while I change her but most of the time that only keeps her attention for a few seconds. The remainder of the diaper change she twists over to her stomach, tries to sit up, or fling her self off of the changing table. Awwww such fun times!! ;) She is standing unassisted for long periods of time while clapping her hands and letting go to take a couple steps at a time. I am still trying to teach her how to say a very distinct and clear "MAMA" but so far she does not seem too interested in learning that word. Booooooooo! Happy 10 Month Birthday Eleni!!

Eleni amazes me more and more every day. She has such a personality now! We love to play together, I could listen to her giggle all day long. Her open mouth wet kisses melt my heart and her acknowledging the pups as DAAAAAWWWWWWGGGGG-I-E (doggy) is too cute! She has taken a couple of steps on her own but then topples over. As soon as she takes a few consecutive steps at a time we will be sure to post a video.

Yes, WE are still alive!

Well folks we are still alive my computer, photos, Photoshop etc. not so much!! Apparently I have had a nasty virus hiding in my computer for quite some time now. That nasty little virus decided to blow up, multiply, and become a HUGE monster wreaking havoc on every inch of my poor computer. I get so depressed just thinking about it. Ari is still trying to fix it but it is not looking good. I was able to back up most of my stuff (thank god) but I still am very annoyed and feel naked with out my photo tools. So sorry for the lack of posting. Hopefully things will be fixed soon and I will be able to post pictures once again.

On a better note Eleni is doing great! She is now standing unassisted for seconds at a time. She is REALLY trying to walk but can't seem to make it happen just yet. She is covered in bumps and bruises from many failed walking attempts but she does not seem to mind. She is becoming such a big girl (soon-to-be toddler), I can't believe her first b-day is just around the corner!
